Join us on an exhilarating snorkeling adventure to search for octopuses and other cephalopods. Experience the thrill of spotting these elusive creatures by day and again at night when they come alive to hunt.

Dive into the mesmerizing world of cephalopods with Lr³ on a guided snorkeling expedition. This adventure takes you from the front of the Lr³ outpost to the reef break, where we will explore shallow waters for camouflaged octopuses. With keen observation and patience, you might spot one of these ocean shapeshifters in its natural habitat, including the Caribbean Reef Octopus, Common Octopus, and Squid.

During the day, this adventure is self-guided, allowing participants to explore and observe at their own pace. As the sun sets, participants will be accompanied by a guide for a night snorkel at a nearby patch reef, where nocturnal cephalopods emerge to hunt. This immersive experience offers a unique perspective on these intelligent marine creatures while fostering a deeper connection to the underwater world.
