About Francisco Andre Martinez

Born in 1972, Francisco Andre Martinez has built an illustrious career evolving from an American tradesman to a globally recognized Master Classical Decorative Painter. His disciplined approach, combined with artistic mastery, has led him to procure and execute decorative painting and restoration projects ranging from $5,000 to $500,000, while managing teams of up to 14 elite creatives.

Francisco has worked with renowned architects and interior designers on projects of historical and luxury significance. His expertise has been sought by the U.S. Treasury Department for the restoration of historically significant U.S. government facilities. He has also contributed to some of the world’s most prestigious sites, including Château de Versailles in France, historic estates in Italy, and luxury properties in Aspen, CO, Jackson Hole, WY, and New York City.

Francisco is a founding member of the Professional Decorative Painters Association, where he has served as Education Chair and Coordinator of the International Decorative Painters Education Summit. A dedicated outdoorsman and survival expert, Francisco possesses professional experience in:

  • Alpine ski mountaineering
  • SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape) skills across all global biomes

Additionally, he is a Wilderness EMT (WEMT), SCUBA diver, and CRRC boat captain, bringing unparalleled expertise to high-risk outdoor and survival scenarios.

Lighthouse Reef Research Repository (Lr³)

Francisco currently serves as the Director of Lighthouse Reef Research Repository (Lr³) and sits on its Executive Board. His primary focus is the physical development and operational leadership of the organization, overseeing facilities construction and infrastructure on Long Caye. He brings deep expertise in strategic planning, hands-on project execution, and the long-term visioning required to establish Lr³ as a hub for marine conservation and scientific research.

Francisco is a husband of 32 years, father of three daughters, and a proud grandparent. He is a man of action and deep intellectual contemplation, embodying visionary leadership and innovation. As an ENTJ and an Aquarius, he thrives in roles that demand strategy, creativity, and forward-thinking.
