National Parks NOT Resorts

See the reef like a resident

We have everything you need to explore, discover, and protect the natural world. From essential gear to expert guidance, we provide all the resources for your journey

Kayak on your own

It is a chance to find undisturbed habitats in their natural state. Exploring these areas provides valuable insights into pristine ecosystems and their biodiversity.

This is the ultimate treasure of Belize! If you’ve explored other parts of the country, chances are you’ve heard about its most stunning destination: Lighthouse Reef Atoll, home to Half Moon Caye and the legendary Great Blue Hole. While it takes a couple of hours by boat from the mainland and attracts daily tour boats that stick to the same spots before heading back after lunch, we offer something different.

We live on the Atoll, giving us unmatched insight into its secrets—the best sunset spots, hidden corners of the reef, local fishing guides, and so much more.

Long Caye at Lighthouse Reef Atoll

Long Caye, the second largest, mostly uninhabited island on Lighthouse Reef Atoll

Welcome to our home—Long Caye, a private island on Lighthouse Reef Atoll spanning about a mile long and half a mile wide. With just two lightly occupied resorts and a few seasonal homes, it’s a haven of peace and seclusion.

The Great Blue Hole Belize

Our private residence sits on the easternmost part of the island, far removed from anyone else. Here, we enjoy the island’s beauty while also running the Lighthouse Reef Research Repository, an NGO committed to protecting the Atoll’s unique ecosystem.
